BETTENDORF SOFTBALL MISSION STATEMENT

The Bettendorf High School Softball Program is committed to embracing diversity and creating a positive and nurturing team-oriented atmosphere for the student-athletes participating while teaching Softball Skills and knowledge that will help these ladies succeed together and in the future.

As a Coaching Staff, every student will be treated with the utmost respect as we use the Softball field as our classroom to teach lifelong lessons, to create memorable experiences, and have fun. It is the mission of our program to build character, self-confidence, self-esteem, and a feeling of contribution within each student-athlete.

Attitude, commitment, discipline, and sacrifice will be used to build a successful program from top to bottom. My plan is to instill a family atmosphere within the student-athletes so that they will build on this tradition and understand the responsibility to hand it down to the younger players. Lastly, our mission is to continuously pursue excellence and overcome adversity. We will always prepare, practice, and play to WIN on the field, in the classroom, and in the game of life.
